Like the phoenix rising from the ashes, the site of what was once the run-down Campus Inn motel has been transformed into the best Hotel in Columbia.

The new Hampton Inn & Suites at the University of Missouri was opened in August of 2008 and our new Stadium Grill followed one year later in 2009.

David Parmley, the developer and owner, had a vision that the crossroads of College and Stadium Boulevard was the ideal location to serve the many visitors to the University of Missouri Campus.

Stadium Grill is a part of that vision to create a great sports grill perfect for serving both game day fans and the local community.

The “Burg-A-Nator” is the cornerstone of Stadium Grill as it sears the flavor in our hand pattied Angus Beef Burgers in an unheard of 90 seconds cooking time! We feature 22 different types of Burgers along with being the home of the Hail Mary Challenge Burger—over 6 pounds of eating delight! “Birdies”( Grilled Chicken Breasts) are also available 22 different ways and cooked in the same manner making it the juiciest chicken breast sandwich you have ever had!

Combining the rest of our super menu with 21 large screen LCD TV’s and a great bar, Stadium Grill is sure to become Columbia’s favorite sports grill!
